If you have placed a pre-order, you can request a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched, no questions asked. Once your order has been dispatched and delivered, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Once your order has been delivered, you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, with the original Sankofa jewellery box and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
